All designs, cutting files, digital stamps, images and paper piecing patterns are property of and copyrighted to Scraptastical Kreations and it’s owner and designer, Kristy Asche. Kristy Asche reserves all ownership rights and copyrights to all files, graphics, patterns, digital stamps, images, etc. - NOTE: Except designs that are stated to have original artwork created by either, Kristi W. NOTE: If you are using any of the Kristi W. Designs to sell, you will need this reseller number listed in your listing and that all original artwork is created by Kristi W Designs and the Cutting file is created by Scraptastical Kreations. Thank you ever so much! #KWSK2012EXP

By using any of Scraptastical Kreations designs, images, cutting files, or graphics implies that you agree to the terms of use.

Files are for personal use and may not be shared or redistributed in any way.

What you can do:

You may use our patterns and digital stamps and digital elements for use in your personal completed creations.

You may sell the individual paper piecings as long as they already assembled.

You may use our patterns and digital stamps to create handmade projects for resale.

We ask that if you create projects to sell on etsy, eBay, or any other auction type site, or if you post to your personal blog or website, that Scraptastical Kreations be given credit for use of the designs.

What you can not do the following:

You may not sell any Kristi W. Designs for purposes of resale. If you want to purchase the paper piecing patterns created using Krisit W. Designs, you must visit her website and purchase a CU license.

You may not use out patterns or files to create a kit or a part of a kit for resale. You may not sell individual "parts for assembly". The entire piecing MUST BE put together.

You may not use our designs or patterns in any form of mass production.

You may not offer any of our patterns or digi stamps for free on any website, blog, forum, or any other public message boards. Please refer anyone interested in Scraptastical Kreations designs, paper piecing patterns or digital stamps to our website to purchase and download the files.

You may not store in online albums or download sites with public access.

You may not use our patterns in full or in part to create a digital product or image.

You may not use any of our files to be used to create a printed product or pattern for resale or distribution.

You may not use any part of our images, files, or digital stamps to create a rubber stamp.

You may not use any scans or photos of finished artwork to be offered as any part of a clipart collection.

You may not use any pattern, file, image or digital stamp to alter or auto-trace to create a new image for resale, sharing, or other distribution including offering it for free.

These patterns may only be used for their intended purpose. Using the vectors to create a derivative work is a violation of the digital millennium act.

Use of Scraptastical Kreations products, whether purchased or free files, implies your agreement to these terms of use.
